爱沙尼亚塔尔图大学暑期项目招生简章
时间： 每年7月（4周）
课程内容：感受欧洲：东西方差异与融合
该项目由荷兰乌得勒支大学（Utrecht University）暑期学校和爱沙尼亚塔尔图大学（University of Tartu）暑期学校联合举办，项目课程主要介绍欧盟、欧洲机构、对外政策和面临的新挑战，以及在欧洲融合过程中，各成员国需要应对不同国家的政策、法律以及地缘政治背景。通过参加此项目，学生还可以更好地了解荷兰和爱沙尼亚两国的社会、文化和历史。
具体时间安排：
2周 荷兰乌得勒支（Utrecht） 应用技术大学 欧洲政治
2周 爱沙尼亚塔尔图（Tartu）大学 欧盟-俄罗斯关系及巴尔干地区
授课语言：英语
学分： 8学分（欧洲学分），可获得项目证书及成绩单。该学分可申请转换我校任选学分类学分。
费用：2050欧（约14000人民币）包含：四周学习的学费、住宿费（爱沙尼亚含早餐），项目期间荷兰至爱沙尼亚两国飞机票，爱沙尼亚国内城间交通费、文化体验活动及项目主办学校提供的服务。学生需自行承担国际机票费（中国--荷兰；爱沙尼亚--中国）、餐费等。完成学业者可申请学生海外学习实习学金资助（5000人民币）。

本项目无教师带队，学生自行办理签证、保险。

University of Tartu in Estonia welcomes you to our International Summer University programmes from which many are organised in cooperation with (foreign) partner universities giving you a possibility to experience academic summer in different countries and cities.
